Jaxson Dart Takes Blame for Giants Loss to Saints, 'On Me' As 'Leader of the Offense'
New York Giants' rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart shouldered the blame for his team's 26-14 loss against the previously winless New Orleans Saints.
"This one is on me," he told reporters, adding that he's the "leader of the offense" when asked why he was assigning blame to himself.

Dart finished the game 26-of-40 for 202 yards and two touchdowns, adding seven rushes for 55 yards on the ground. But he also threw two interceptions and lost a fumble, part of New York's five turnovers on the day.
"Gotta cut that s--t out," Dart told reporters regarding the turnovers.
The Giants are going to have to ride the highs and lows with Dart. Such is the nature of starting a rookie quarterback. The highs came last week, when Dart led a shocking upset win over the Los Angeles Chargers. Reality set in a bit on Sunday, however, and Dart took accountability.
