Craig Sager Jr. provided an update on his father's health status Friday, posting a photo to his Twitter account.

The elder Sager briefly returned to his sideline role with TNT for a March 5 game between the Oklahoma City Thunder and Chicago Bulls. On March 29, the younger Sager announced his father's leukemia had returned, which forced him to miss the 2015 NCAA tournament.

Sager was originally diagnosed with leukemia in April 2014.
