If the Red Sox advance, the two American League games will be played back-to-back on Saturday at 1:08 p.m. ET and 4:08 p.m. ET.
If the Yankees advance, the schedule for Saturday will alternate between the NL and AL games. No matter how it plays out, there will be an AL game starting at 4:08 p.m. ET airing on Fox.
Sunday's schedule will start with the Red Sox-Yankees winner taking on the Toronto Blue Jays at 4:08 p.m. ET, followed by the Tigers-Guardians winner against the Seattle Mariners at 8:03 p.m. ET.
MLB didn't officially announce the start times for Monday, but it will feature the two National League series since Sunday is an off day for the senior circuit. Monday will be a travel day for the AL.
The AL games will air on Fox or FS1, while TBS, truTV and HBO Max will broadcast the NL games.
Looking ahead to the division series, the Blue Jays, Mariners, Milwaukee Brewers and Philadelphia Phillies all secured first-round byes and will host the first two games of the next round.
All four division series matchups could be set by the end of play on Wednesday. The Tigers, Red Sox, Chicago Cubs and Los Angeles Dodgers each won Game 1 of their respective wild card series on Tuesday.
If those four teams win again today, they will advance to the next round. Any potential Game 3 in the wild-card round would be played on Thursday.
