Fantasy Football Week 5 Tips, Trade Value Rankings for Top 100 Players
The upcoming weeks in fantasy football make or break seasons. The byes are starting to hit, injuries are piling up and your league mates are taking stock of their rosters, just like you are (or should be).
If ever there was a moment to swing a trade, it's in the next month.
Allow us to help. The fantasy trade value chart is compiled each week as a resource to ensure you don't get ripped off in any deals. While player value is hardly an exact scienceโyour individual team needs and particular league settings should always be factored inโconsider this a way to gauge the value of your players and any potential targets.
The trade chart is compiled with PPR scoring in mind. Players not listed below have a trade value of one. And as always, may the fantasy points be with you!
Trade Value: 20
1 of 20.jpg)
1. Puka Nacua, WR, Los Angeles Rams
There is a new king in on the fantasy trade chart. Look, when you are averaging 27.4 fantasy points per week in PPR formatsโ2.8 more points per week than the top quarterback, Josh Allen, and 3.4 points more than Christian McCaffreyโyou sit on a throne by yourself.
Nacua leads the NFL in targets (50), receptions (42) and receiving yards (503). He's the top fantasy scorer despite having just two total touchdowns on the season. And the important thing here is that Nacua has always been a targets monster, so this level of production is sustainable.
If he's on your team you aren't trading him unless someone offers you an absolute treasure chest. Even then it might be best to just keep him and profit. Consider his trade value of 20 on this chart as the absolute floor of the value you should be getting in any trade scenarios (but seriously, just keep him).

33. Davante Adams, WR, Los Angeles Rams
34. Zay Flowers, WR, Baltimore Ravens
35. George Pickens, WR, Dallas Cowboys
36. Emeka Egbuka, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
37. DK Metcalf, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers
38. Marvin Harrison Jr., WR, Arizona Cardinals
39. Brian Thomas Jr., WR, Jacksonville Jaguars
Pickens is a sneaky trade-high option right now. Yes, he's cooking of late and probably will continue to do so until CeeDee Lamb returns. But Lamb will be back at some point, and in the two full games the pair played together, Pickens finished with eight catches for 98 yards and a touchdown on 13 targets.
In two games without Lamb, Pickens has 13 catches for 202 yards and three scores on 20 targets. In essence, Pickens is playing at a WR1 level without Lamb and is more in the WR2/flex range when Lamb is on the field (with the caveat that this is a small sample size, of course).
So you might not be inclined to trade Pickens until Lamb returns, and that's understandable. But your window for dealing him for WR1 prices also has a limited shelf life. It's something to consider.
(Keep in mind that Pickens' placement on this week's trade chart is a reflection of his expected trade value for the rest of the season, and not the sort of value you could probably get from him at the moment in sell-high scenarios. So think of this as the absolute floor of the value you should be getting in return right now, and a more accurate reflection of what he'll be worth later in the season when Lamb returns.)

45. Quentin Johnston, WR, Los Angeles Rams
46. Deebo Samuel, WR, Washington Commanders
47. Chris Olave, WR, New Orleans Saints
48. Terry McLaurin, WR, Washington Commanders
49. Tee Higgins, WR, Cincinnati Bengals
There are a lot of reasons to believe that McLaurin is a really nice buy-low option. Your league mate is probably fed up with his slow start and worried that Samuel's addition to the team will continue to limit McLaurin's upside.
But the two play very different roles, Jayden Daniels has only played two games this season and McLaurin didn't even practice with the team until late August after his contract stand-off this summer. He also hasn't been fully healthy himself, so when you factor it all in, a slow start isn't exactly the biggest shock.
McLaurin's career arc would suggest that he was never going to match last year's 13-touchdown effort, but his five straight seasons with at least 77 catches and 1,000 receiving yards would suggest that he still has a very realistic WR2 ceiling.
