Matthew Stafford-Atwell 88-Yard TD Thrills NFL Fans as Rams Beat Daniel Jones, Colts
Last week, the Los Angeles Rams lost in heartbreaking fashion to the Philadelphia Eagles on a blocked field goal as time expired.
On Sunday, however, it was their turn for the late-game heroics.
Matthew Stafford's 88-yard touchdown pass to Tutu Atwell with just under two minutes remaining paced the Rams in a 27-20 win over the Indianapolis Colts.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Fans and pundits alike were loving the explosive play after the contest:
The defense held from there, picking off Daniel Jones with 53 seconds remaining, moving Stafford and the Rams to 3-1 on the season and dropping the Colts to the same record. It was an epic showing from the veteran quarterback, who threw for 375 yards and three touchdowns.
Puka Nacua added 13 catches for 170 yards and a score, while the defense sacked Jones twice, hit him six times and picked him off twice. Jones' strong start to the 2025 season has been one of the shocking storylines thus far, but a frenzied Los Angeles defense brought him back to earth in Week 4.
The Colts will lament some major opportunities missed, however. Wideout Adonai Mitchell arguably cost them 14 points all by himself. On one play, he fumbled a sure touchdown into the back of the end zone for a touchback after beginning to celebrate before reaching paydirt. He was also called for a silly holding penalty on a Jonathan Taylor touchdown run, negating the six points.
The Rams, on the other hand, seized on their opportunities. Unlike a week ago, the late-game celebrations belonged to them.
