Final MLB Farm System Rankings of 2025 After September Call-Ups
With the 2025 MLB season winding to a close, it's time for one final update to our farm system rankings.
The last update to these rankings came on July 16, immediately following the draft. Between trade deadline deals, players graduating to the big leagues and breakout second-half performances, a lot has changed.
Looking at the bigger picture, we've also included where each team ranked in our preseason rankings, which were released on April 16.
A tier system was used to help differentiate the varying levels of individual talent in each organization:
Tier 1: A player who checks in No. 1-25 on B/R's updated Top 100 prospects list. This is the cream of the prospect crop and players who are viewed as potential future superstars.
Tier 2: A player who checks in No. 26-50 on B/R's Top 100 prospects list. These are potential All-Star-level talents, but might not be fully untouchable in trade talks.
Tier 3: A player who checks in No. 51-100 on B/R's Top 100 prospects list. These names might have recently broken out, are still in the lower levels of the minors or are former Tier 1 or Tier 2 prospects whose stock is down.
Tier 4: A player who appears on the "Next 100" list in B/R's Top 100 prospects article. These players are Nos. 101-200 among prospects in no particular order, with the potential to climb the rankings in the near future.
Tier 5: Everyone else. Organizational depth, one-tool standouts, Quad-A guys, teenagers with an extremely limited track record in the lowest levels of the minors, you get the idea.
A player must not have surpassed the rookie-eligibility limits (130 at-bats, 50 innings pitched, 45 days on an active roster) to be included in these rankings.

8. RHP Bradgley Rodriguez (Tier 5)
9. SS Jorge Quintana (Tier 5)
10. OF Kavares Tears (Tier 5)
Year in Review
The Padres again gutted their farm system at the trade deadline, with the biggest blow being the blockbuster deal to acquire Mason Miller from the Athletics in exchange for a package headlined by Tier 1 shortstop Leo De Vries.
They did manage to hold onto 2024 first-round pick Kash Mayfield while adding another high-ceiling southpaw in Kruz Schoolcraft with the No. 25 overall pick this year.
29. Los Angeles Angels (Preseason Rank: 24)
2 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. RHP Tyler Bremner (Tier 3)
2. RHP Ryan Johnson (Tier 4)
3. RHP Caden Dana (Tier 4)
4. OF Nelson Rada (Tier 4)
5. C Gabriel Davalillo (Tier 5)
6. SS Joswa Lugo (Tier 5)
7. SS Denzer Guzman (Tier 5)
8. RHP George Klassen (Tier 5)
9. LHP Johnny Slawinski (Tier 5)
10. RHP Trey Gregory-Alford (Tier 5)
Year in Review
With Christian Moore moving on to the big leagues and Caden Dana taking a step back after emerging as a Top 100 prospect in 2024, the Angels have tumbled back down to the bottom tier of farm systems.
Time will tell if their decision to reach for Tyler Bremner with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2025 draft was a smart move or one they come to regret.
28. Atlanta Braves (Preseason Rank: 17)
3 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. LHP Cam Caminiti (Tier 3)
2. RHP JR Ritchie (Tier 3)
3. RHP Didier Fuentes (Tier 4)
4. SS Alex Lodise (Tier 4)
5. SS Tate Southisene (Tier 5)
6. RHP Luke Sinnard (Tier 5)
7. RHP Owen Murphy (Tier 5)
8. RHP Garrett Baumann (Tier 5)
9. LHP Briggs McKenzie (Tier 5)
10. RHP Lucas Braun (Tier 5)
Year in Review
The Braves farm system still skews heavily toward pitching, especially after standout rookie Drake Baldwin exited the prospect rankings along with pitchers AJ Smith-Shawver and Hurston Waldrep.
A breakout season from JR Ritchie gives them another young arm on the rise, while 2025 draft picks Alex Lodise and Tate Southisene are a pair of high-ceiling middle infielders.
27. Houston Astros (Preseason Rank: 22)
4 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. 2B Brice Matthews (Tier 3)
2. OF Jacob Melton (Tier 4)
3. RHP Miguel Ullola (Tier 4)
4. C Walker Janek (Tier 4)
5. 3B Xavier Neyens (Tier 4)
6. OF Kelvin Alvarez (Tier 4)
7. OF Joseph Sullivan (Tier 5)
8. RHP Anderson Brito (Tier 5)
9. OF Ethan Frey (Tier 5)
10. RHP Ryan Forcucci (Tier 5)
Year in Review
The Astros gave Brice Matthews (11 games) and Jacob Melton (31 games) both a taste of the big leagues earlier this year, and both should get a long look next spring for a spot on the Opening Day roster.
Outfielder Kevin Alvarez has Top 100 upside after signing for $2 million in January and turning in a strong pro debut in the Dominican Summer League.
26. Texas Rangers (Preseason Rank: 7)
5 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. SS Sebastian Walcott (Tier 1)
2. RHP Winston Santos (Tier 4)
3. RHP David Davalillo (Tier 4)
4. SS Gavin Fien (Tier 4)
5. RHP Jose Corniell (Tier 4)
6. RHP Caden Scarborough (Tier 4)
7. RHP Alejandro Rosario (Tier 5)
8. OF Elorky Rodriguez (Tier 5)
9. RHP A.J. Russell (Tier 5)
10. SS Yolfran Castillo (Tier 5)
Year in Review
After breakout seasons in 2024, the pitching trio of Winston Santos, Alejandro Rosario and Emiliano Teodo all opened the 2025 season on our Top 100 list, and a mix of injuries and poor performance led to all three falling off the list.
The Rangers also graduated Jack Leiter and Kumar Rocker to the majors, which further contributed to their slide down the rankings.
25. New York Yankees (Preseason Rank: 30)
6 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. SS George Lombard Jr. (Tier 2)
2. OF Spencer Jones (Tier 3)
3. RHP Bryce Cunningham (Tier 4)
4. RHP Elmer Rodriguez-Cruz (Tier 4)
5. RHP Carlos Lagrange (Tier 4)
6. RHP Ben Hess (Tier 4)
7. SS Dax Kilby (Tier 5)
8. LHP Kyle Carr (Tier 5)
9. LHP Henry Lalane (Tier 5)
10. LHP Brock Selvidge (Tier 5)
Year in Review
The Yankees have assembled an impressive collection of pitching prospect talent, even with Cam Schlitter moving on to the majors.
A resurgent Spencer Jones also rejoined the Top 100 prospect list, posting a .932 OPS with 35 home runs in the upper levels of the minors, though he still struck out at a 35.4 percent clip.
24. Washington Nationals (Preseason Rank: 25)
7 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. SS Eli Willits (Tier 1)
2. RHP Travis Sykora (Tier 3)
3. RHP Jarlin Susana (Tier 3)
4. LHP Alex Clemmey (Tier 4)
5. SS Seaver King (Tier 5)
6. OF Ethan Petry (Tier 5)
7. RHP Landon Harmon (Tier 5)
8. SS Luke Dickerson (Tier 5)
9. SS Coy James (Tier 5)
10. RHP Sean Paul Liñan (Tier 5)
Year in Review
The Nationals bolstered their system with 2025 draft picks Eli Willits (No. 1 overall), Ethan Petry (No. 49 overall), Landon Harmon (No. 80 overall) and Coy James (No. 142 overall), with all four of those players and right-hander Miguel Sime (No. 111 overall) all receiving signing bonuses of $2 million or more.
Daylen Lile has also emerged from the system to carve out a regular role in the MLB outfield.
23. Kansas City Royals (Preseason Rank: 27)
8 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. C Blake Mitchell (Tier 3)
2. C Carter Jensen (Tier 3)
3. LHP David Shields (Tier 4)
4. RHP Kendry Chourio (Tier 4)
5. SS Yandel Ricardo (Tier 4)
6. SS Josh Hammond (Tier 4)
7. OF Sean Gamble (Tier 4)
8. RHP Drew Beam (Tier 5)
9. RHP Ben Kudrna (Tier 5)
10. C Ramon Ramirez (Tier 5)
Year in Review
The Royals welcomed Jac Caglianone and Noah Cameron to the MLB team, but still climbed in the rankings thanks to a solid draft haul and breakout performances from teenage pitchers David Shields and Kendry Chourio.
Carter Jensen will enter 2026 still carrying prospect status, but he has made a splash in his first big league action, hitting .304/.385/.565 with six doubles, two home runs and 12 RBI in 16 games.
22. Toronto Blue Jays (Preseason Rank: 28)
9 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. RHP Trey Yesavage (Tier 2)
2. SS JoJo Parker (Tier 3)
3. SS Arjun Nimmala (Tier 3)
4. LHP Johnny King (Tier 4)
5. RHP Gage Stanifer (Tier 4)
6. LHP Ricky Tiedemann (Tier 4)
7. OF Yohendrick Pinango (Tier 5)
8. OF Victor Arias (Tier 5)
9. OF RJ Scheck (Tier 5)
10. 3B Juan Sanchez (Tier 5)
Year in Review
Arjun Nimmala (No. 20 in 2023), Trey Yesavage (No. 20 in 2024) and JoJo Parker (No. 8 in 2025) were the Blue Jays top draft picks the last three seasons, and now they sit atop the organizational prospect list.
Pitchers Johnny King (2.48 ERA, 105 K, 61.2 IP) and Gage Stanifer (2.86 ERA, 161 K, 110.0 IP) raised their profile during breakout seasons, which helped offset trading Khal Stephen and Juaron Watts-Brown at the deadline.
21. Colorado Rockies (Preseason Rank: 9)
10 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. SS Ethan Holliday (Tier 1)
2. 1B Charlie Condon (Tier 3)
3. OF Cole Carrigg (Tier 4)
4. RHP Brody Brecht (Tier 4)
5. OF Robert Calaz (Tier 4)
6. OF Jared Thomas (Tier 4)
7. LHP Griffin Herring (Tier 5)
8. OF Max Belyeu (Tier 5)
9. RHP JB Middleton (Tier 5)
10. OF Zac Veen (Tier 5)
Year in Review
The Rockies preseason ranking was partially propped up by Tier 1 pitching prospect Chase Dollander, who made his MLB debut on April 6 and took his lumps with a 6.52 ERA in 98 innings.
A breakout season from Jared Thomas, trade pickup Griffin Herring and 2025 draft picks Ethan Holliday, Max Belyeu and JB Middleton still give the system plenty of upside.
20. San Francisco Giants (Preseason Rank: 29)
11 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. 1B Bryce Eldridge (Tier 1)
2. SS Josuar Gonzalez (Tier 3)
3. OF Bo Davidson (Tier 4)
4. SS Jhonny Level (Tier 4)
5. OF Dakota Jordan (Tier 4)
6. LHP Carson Whisenhunt (Tier 4)
7. 2B Gavin Kilen (Tier 4)
8. RHP Argenis Cayama (Tier 5)
9. LHP Jacob Bresnahan (Tier 5)
10. RHP Keyner Martinez (Tier 5)
Year in Review
The Giants have some legitimate prospect depth for the first time in years, thanks in part to breakout seasons from Bo Davidson and Jhonny Level, along with the addition of high-profile signing Josuar Gonzalez who received the second-largest bonus in franchise history at just under $3 million in January.
Slugger Bryce Eldridge made his MLB debut on Sept. 15, and he could make. a quick exit off their prospect list if he wins an Opening Day roster spot next spring.
19. St. Louis Cardinals (Preseason Rank: 12)
12 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. SS JJ Wetherholt (Tier 1)
2. LHP Liam Doyle (Tier 2)
3. C Rainiel Rodriguez (Tier 4)
4. RHP Tekoah Roby (Tier 4)
5. LHP Quinn Mathews (Tier 4)
6. C Leonardo Bernal (Tier 4)
7. SS Jesus Baez (Tier 5)
8. C Jimmy Crooks (Tier 5)
9. OF Joshua Baez (Tier 5)
10. RHP Tink Hence (Tier 5)
Year in Review
With Tink Hence and Quinn Mathews both seeing their prospect stock decline this year, 2025 draft pick Liam Doyle immediately became the top arm in the St. Louis farm system after going No. 5 overall in the 2025 draft.
With Rainiel Rodriguez, Leonardo Bernal and Jimmy Crooks, the Cardinals have a wealth of catching talent that could be utilized on the trade market at some point.
18. Arizona Diamondbacks (Preseason Rank: 23)
13 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. OF Ryan Waldschmidt (Tier 3)
2. OF Slade Caldwell (Tier 3)
3. SS Kayson Cunningham (Tier 3)
4. 3B LuJames Groover (Tier 4)
5. 2B Tommy Troy (Tier 4)
6. 2B JD Dix (Tier 4)
7. LHP Kohl Drake (Tier 4)
8. 2B Demetrio Crisantes (Tier 4)
9. RHP Patrick Forbes (Tier 5)
10. RHP Daniel Eagen (Tier 5)
Year in Review
The D-backs system has benefited from a strong 2024 draft haul, with Slade Caldwell (No. 29 overall), Ryan Waldschmidt (No. 31 overall), JD Dix (No. 35 overall) and Daniel Eagen (No. 102 overall) all part of last year's draft class.
Left-hander Kohl Drake was the centerpiece in the trade that sent Merrill Kelly to the Texas Rangers at the deadline.
17. Athletics (Preseason Rank: 16)
14 of 30
1. SS Leo De Vries (Tier 1)
2. LHP Gage Jump (Tier 2)
3. LHP Jamie Arnold (Tier 2)
4. OF Henry Bolte (Tier 4)
5. RHP Braden Nett (Tier 4)
6. 3B Tommy White (Tier 5)
7. OF Devin Taylor (Tier 5)
8. RHP Henry Baez (Tier 5)
9. C Daniel Susac (Tier 5)
10. OF Gavin Turley (Tier 5)
Year in Review
With Jacob Wilson (1), Nick Kurtz (2), Colby Thomas (3), Luis Morales (4), Max Muncy (5), Jack Perkins (8) and Denzel Clarke (9) all graduating to the majors from the Athletics preseason top 10 list, it's shocking they have only fallen one spot in the rankings.
However, a combination of trade pickups (Leo De Vries, Braden Nett, Henry Baez), draft picks (Jamie Arnold, Devin Taylor, Gavin Turley) and breakout performances (Gage Jump) has effectively restocked the system.
16. Chicago White Sox (Preseason Rank: 3)
15 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. LHP Noah Schultz (Tier 2)
2. OF Braden Montgomery (Tier 3)
3. LHP Hagen Smith (Tier 3)
4. SS Billy Carlson (Tier 3)
5. SS Caleb Bonemer (Tier 3)
6. RHP Tanner McDougal (Tier 4)
7. OF Jaden Fauske (Tier 5)
8. LHP Christian Oppor (Tier 5)
9. SS Kyle Lodise (Tier 5)
10. RHP Peyton Pallette (Tier 5)
Year in Review
The White Sox graduated Kyle Teel (2), Colson Montgomery (4), Edgar Quero (6), Grant Taylor (7) and Chase Meidroth (8) from their preseason top 10 prospect list, and a quiet trade deadline did little to backfill that talent.
Caleb Bonemer has raised his profile considerably, and pitching prospects Tanner McDougal and Christian Oppor are also trending up, but this group sits comfortably in the middle of the pack right now.
15. Cincinnati Reds (Preseason Rank: 13)
16 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. 3B Sal Stewart (Tier 3)
2. RHP Rhett Lowder (Tier 3)
3. C Alfredo Duno (Tier 3)
4. SS Tyson Lewis (Tier 3)
5. 1B Cam Collier (Tier 3)
6. SS Steele Hall (Tier 4)
7. OF Héctor Rodríguez (Tier 5)
8. RHP Chase Petty (Tier 5)
9. SS Edwin Arroyo (Tier 5)
10. RHP Aaron Watson (Tier 5)
Year in Review
Despite Chase Burns moving on to the majors and Rhett Lowder stalling during an injury-plagued season, the Reds still have a talented farm system.
Sal Stewart has a 102 OPS+ and four home runs in 17 games since debuting on Sept. 1 and could factor heavily into the team's 2026 plans, while Tyson Lewis has played his way onto the Top 100 prospect list in his first full season after going No. 51 overall in 2024.
14. Miami Marlins (Preseason Rank: 19)
17 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. LHP Thomas White (Tier 1)
2. SS Aiva Arquette (Tier 2)
3. C Joe Mack (Tier 3)
4. LHP Robby Snelling (Tier 3)
5. RHP Kevin Defrank (Tier 4)
6. RHP Noble Meyer (Tier 4)
7. SS Starlyn Caba (Tier 5)
8. OF Cam Cannarella (Tier 5)
9. OF Luis Cova (Tier 5)
10. OF Kemp Alderman (Tier 5)
Year in Review
It's been an up-and-down year for the Marlins system.
Thomas White emerged as arguably the best pitching prospect in baseball and Robby Snelling and Kevin Defrank joined him as impact arms, but Noble Meyer and Starlyn Caba both saw their prospect stock take a hit.
13. Chicago Cubs (Preseason Rank: 8)
18 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. C Moises Ballesteros (Tier 2)
2. OF Owen Caissie (Tier 2)
3. SS Jefferson Rojas (Tier 3)
4. RHP Jaxon Wiggins (Tier 3)
5. 1B Jonathon Long (Tier 4)
6. OF Kevin Alcántara (Tier 4)
7. OF Ethan Conrad (Tier 4)
8. IF James Triantos (Tier 5)
9. OF Kane Kepley (Tier 5)
10. SS Cristian Hernández (Tier 5)
Year in Review
Moises Ballesteros, Owen Caissie and Kevin Alcántara have all seen time in the majors this season, and depending on what happens with Kyle Tucker in free agency, it could be Caissie and Alcántara who are competing for the starting right field job next spring.
Right-hander Jaxon Wiggins (2.19 ERA, 97 K, 78 IP) broke through as the best arm in the system and ended the season at Triple-A after starting at High-A.
12. Boston Red Sox (Preseason Rank: 5)
19 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. SS Franklin Arias (Tier 2)
2. LHP Payton Tolle (Tier 2)
3. RHP Kyson Witherspoon (Tier 3)
4. OF Jhostynxon Garcia (Tier 3)
5. LHP Connelly Early (Tier 3)
6. LHP Brandon Clarke (Tier 4)
7. SS Dorian Soto (Tier 4)
8. RHP Luis Perales (Tier 5)
9. RHP Juan Valera (Tier 5)
10. SS Mikey Romero (Tier 5)
Year in Review
The Red Sox didn't fall as far as one might think considering their top three prospects entering the year—Roman Anthony, Kristian Campbell and Marcelo Mayer—all graduated to the majors.
A huge breakout performance from Payton Tolle and to a lesser extent Connelly Early and Brandon Clarke have given the organization a welcome influx of up-and-coming pitching talent for the first time in years.
11. Baltimore Orioles (Preseason Rank: 21)
20 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. C Samuel Basallo (Tier 1)
2. C/OF Ike Irish (Tier 2)
3. OF Dylan Beavers (Tier 3)
4. SS Wehiwa Aloy (Tier 4)
5. OF Nate George (Tier 4)
6. RHP Esteban Mejia (Tier 4)
7. OF Slater de Brun (Tier 4)
8. RHP Juaron Watts-Brown (Tier 4)
9. LHP Boston Bateman (Tier 5)
10. C Caden Bodine (Tier 5)
Year in Review
Between a strong draft class, some restocking at the trade deadline and out-of-nowhere breakout performances from Nate George and Esteban Mejia, the Orioles farm system is again on the doorstep of being a top 10 group.
However, that could change early in 2026 if Samuel Basallo and Dylan Beavers are both on the Opening Day roster.
10. Philadelphia Phillies (Preseason Rank: 15)
21 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. RHP Andrew Painter (Tier 1)
2. OF Justin Crawford (Tier 2)
3. SS Aidan Miller (Tier 2)
4. 2B Aroon Escobar (Tier 3)
5. RHP Gage Wood (Tier 4)
6. OF Dante Nori (Tier 4)
7. RHP Moisés Chace (Tier 5)
8. RHP Jean Cabrera (Tier 5)
9. OF Gabriel Rincones Jr. (Tier 5)
10. RHP Matthew Fisher (Tier 5)
Year in Review
Right-hander Andrew Painter gets a pass this year as he shook off the rust of Tommy John surgery, but he will have something to prove next season after logging a 5.40 ERA and 1.55 WHIP in 106.2 innings at Triple-A.
Despite trading catcher Eduardo Tait at the deadline, the Phillies still have a strong collection of impact talent, bolstered by a breakout season from Aroon Escobar and the addition of Gage Wood in the July draft.
9. Tampa Bay Rays (Preseason Rank: 4)
22 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. OF Theo Gillen (Tier 2)
2. SS Carson Williams (Tier 3)
3. RHP Brody Hopkins (Tier 4)
4. 1B Xavier Isaac (Tier 4)
5. SS Daniel Pierce (Tier 4)
6. OF Brendan Summerhill (Tier 4)
7. RHP Santiago Suarez (Tier 4)
8. RHP Trevor Harrison (Tier 4)
9. RHP T.J. Nichols (Tier 4)
10. C Dominic Keegan (Tier 4)
Year in Review
Disappointing 2025 campaigns from Carson Williams (Tier 1 preseason), Xavier Isaac (Tier 2 preseason), Brayden Taylor (Tier 3 preseason) and Tre' Morgan (Tier 3 preseason) have knocked the Rays out of the upper echelon of farm systems, but they still have a wealth of prospect talent.
Brody Hopkins is now the clear top pitching prospect in the system after posting a 2.72 ERA with 141 strikeouts in 116 innings at Double-A.
8. Cleveland Guardians (Preseason Rank: 6)
23 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. 2B Travis Bazzana (Tier 1)
2. SS Angel Genao (Tier 2)
3. OF Chase DeLauter (Tier 3)
4. RHP Khal Stephen (Tier 3)
5. C Cooper Ingle (Tier 4)
6. RHP Braylon Doughty (Tier 4)
7. OF Jaison Chourio (Tier 4)
8. OF Jace LaViolette (Tier 4)
9. 1B Ralphy Velazquez (Tier 5)
10. OF Alfonsin Rosario (Tier 5)
Year in Review
A year after prioritizing floor and polish when they took Travis Bazzana with the No. 1 overall pick, the Guardians gambled on upside when they made Jace LaViolette the No. 27 overall selection.
Now in the thick of the playoff race, it's easy to forget they were sellers at the deadline, shipping Shane Bieber to Toronto in exchange for Top 100 arm Khal Stephen.
7. Minnesota Twins (Preseason Rank: 11)
24 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. OF Walker Jenkins (Tier 1)
2. OF Emmanuel Rodriguez (Tier 2)
3. C Eduardo Tait (Tier 3)
4. SS Kaelen Culpepper (Tier 3)
5. SS Marek Houston (Tier 3)
6. LHP Dasan Hill (Tier 4)
7. RHP Mick Abel (Tier 4)
8. LHP Kendry Rojas (Tier 4)
9. OF Gabriel Gonzalez (Tier 5)
10. LHP Connor Prielipp (Tier 5)
Year in Review
Injuries kept Walker Jenkins (84 games) and Emmanuel Rodriguez (65 games) from taking the next step forward in their development, but the Twins system as a whole improved in 2025.
Eduardo Tait, Mick Abel and Kendry Rojas were part of a long list of prospects added during their trade deadline fire sale, while Kaelen Culpepper and Dasan Hill have emerged as early standouts from the 2024 draft class.
6. Milwaukee Brewers (Preseason Rank: 18)
25 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. SS Jesús Made (Tier 1)
2. SS Luis Peña (Tier 1)
3. SS Cooper Pratt (Tier 3)
4. C Jeferson Quero (Tier 3)
5. RHP Logan Henderson (Tier 3)
6. 3B Andrew Fischer (Tier 4)
7. RHP Bishop Letson (Tier 4)
8. 3B Luke Adams (Tier 5)
9. C Marco Dinges (Tier 5)
10. 3B Brock Wilken (Tier 5)
Year in Review
The Brewers might have walked away with the two best prospects in the entire 2024 international class in Jesús Made and Luis Peña, and those two didn't even get the largest bonus handed out by the Brewers in that cycle.
Their emergence offset Jacob Misiorowski graduating to the majors and then some, giving the Brewers an enviable collection of top-tier talent in a deep system overall.
5. Detroit Tigers (Preseason Rank: 2)
26 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. SS Kevin McGonigle (Tier 1)
2. OF Max Clark (Tier 1)
3. SS Bryce Rainer (Tier 1)
4. C/1B Josue Briceño (Tier 2)
5. C Thayron Liranzo (Tier 4)
6. 2B Hao-Yu Lee (Tier 5)
7. OF Cris Rodriguez (Tier 5)
8. 2B Max Anderson (Tier 5)
9. SS Jordan Yost (Tier 5)
10. RHP Jaden Hamm (Tier 5)
Year in Review
While Tier 1 pitching prospect Jackson Jobe has graduated the system, the Tigers are still loaded with potential star-caliber talent with Kevin McGonigle, Max Clark and Bryce Rainer all racked among the top 25 up-and-comers in the game as the season winds to a close.
Cris Rodriguez is a name to watch who could be a Top 100 guy by this time next year, as he hit .308/.340/.564 with 12 doubles, 10 home runs and 39 RBI in 50 games in the DSL.
4. New York Mets (Preseason Rank: 14)
27 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. RHP Nolan McLean (Tier 1)
2. RHP Jonah Tong (Tier 2)
3. OF Carson Benge (Tier 2)
4. SS Jett Williams (Tier 2)
5. RHP Brandon Sproat (Tier 4)
6. OF A.J. Ewing (Tier 4)
7. 3B Jacob Reimer (Tier 4)
8. SS Elian Peña (Tier 4)
9. 1B Ryan Clifford (Tier 4)
10. RHP Jack Wenninger (Tier 5)
Year in Review
Right-hander Brandon Sproat was the headliner in the Mets system when the season started, with Jonah Tong (No. 8) and Nolan McLean (No. 9) slotted as Tier 4 prospects near the bottom of the top 10 list. Now that trio represents the future of the Mets starting staff.
Those three impact arms, alongside breakout performances from Carson Benge, A.J. Ewing and Jacob Reimer have vaulted this system into the top five.
3. Pittsburgh Pirates (Preseason Rank: 20)
28 of 30
Top 10 Prospects
1. SS Konnor Griffin (Tier 1)
2. RHP Bubba Chandler (Tier 1)

With Konnor Griffin making a strong case for the title of top prospect in baseball, Seth Hernandez scooped up in the 2025 draft and Bubba Chandler still holding prospect status, the Pirates have three of the most promising prospects in the sport.
Catcher Rafael Flores and shortstop Sammy Stafura were the big trade deadline additions, while Edward Florentino was a late-season addition to our Top 100 prospect list.

Outfielder Mike Sirota was not even ranked among the Dodgers top 10 prospects at the start of the season, while Eduardo Quintero was a Tier 5 guy with some intriguing upside. Now both are ranked inside the top 50 prospects in the game.
How will all of their young outfield talent fit together down the road? That's a good problem to have.

The Mariners had the No. 1 farm system in our preseason rankings, and they still sit in the top spot, with Cole Young (No. 3, Tier 2) and Logan Evans (No. 8, Tier 4) the only graduations while Kade Anderson (No. 3 overall) and Luke Stevenson (No. 35 overall) were added in the 2025 draft.
With their current pitching talent and all their young bats in the minors, the pieces are in place for Seattle to find sustained success.
