Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
While Love released the ball before Garrett could get the sack, that was a good encapsulation of the third-year starter's Sunday.
Love finished 18-of-25 for 183 yards, one touchdown and an interception, and he was sacked five times, which tied for his most in a single game.
Garrett was credited with a half-sack when he combined with Adin Huntington to bring the Green Bay signal-caller down for a loss of eight yards in the second quarter.
The four-time All-Pro already has four sacks through three games, putting him on pace to surpass his career high (16 in 2021 and 2022). At the very least, he should hit double digits for the eighth year.
For an NFL quarterback, few things have to be scarier than hearing Garrett's voice as the 6'4", 272-pound defender is bearing down on you.
