Fantasy Football Week 4 Top 100 NFL Players' Updated Trade Value and Advice
It can't hurt to ask.
The United States bought Alaska for $7.2 million, doubled its size when it made the Louisiana Purchase (for a mere $15 million) and purchased Florida for $5 million.
It can't hurt to ask.
The Dallas Mavericks traded Luka Dončić. The Dallas Cowboys traded Micah Parsons. Somebody in one of my fantasy leagues just traded Bijan Robinson.
It cannot... hurt... to ask.
You may be hesitant to shake up your roster this early in the season, but you just never know when an opposing fantasy player might give you the deal of the century. To make sure you aren't on the wrong end of your own Louisiana Purchase, however, we've compiled the weekly trade chart.
As always, make sure to consider your league's specific scoring rules and roster format when consulting the chart. Players not listed have a value of one. And of course... may the fantasy points be with you!
Trade Value: 20
1 of 20.jpg)
1. Christian McCaffrey, RB, San Francisco 49ers
2. Jonathan Taylor, RB, Indianapolis Colts
3. Bijan Robinson, RB, Atlanta Falcons
4. Jahmyr Gibbs, RB, Detroit Lions
No player has started hotter in fantasy than Taylor, and while his three touchdowns in Week 3 are a part of that equation, he now has back-to-back games with over 100 rushing yards and has already accumulated 431 yards from scrimmage this season. Not even Robinson (403) or McCaffrey (389) are super close to that figure, though the latter has made up for it with his 25 receptions.
There might not be a player who has quite separated from the pack just yet atop the trade value chart rankings, but the elite tier is starting to crystallize. If you have these players, you aren't trading them unless somebody goes full Herschel Walker in an offer.

41. Jayden Daniels, QB, Washington Commanders
42. Jalen Hurts, QB, Philadelphia Eagles
Hurts is always going to have steady fantasy value because he scores a bunch of rushing touchdowns (long live the Tush Push). But the Eagles seemed to finally discover that they need to open up the passing game in the second half of Sunday's comeback win over the Rams, and they have elite weapons for Hurts in that regard in A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith and Dallas Goedert.
That's a promising sign for Hurts' overall upside, and it makes him a very interesting buy-low candidate. Teams have seemed hellbent on stopping Philly's run game and have been fairly successful in that regard through three weeks, but Hurts reminded the NFL that he's capable of winning as a passer.
We're probably not talking about a Lamar Jackson or Josh Allen ceiling here, but if the Eagles finally go less conservative, we could be talking about a player who puts up major fantasy points the rest of the way. That's worthy of making some speculative trade calls to see what you'd have to give up for Hurts.

59. Sam LaPorta, TE, Detroit Lions
60. Travis Kelce, TE, Kansas City Chiefs
61. Juwan Johnson, TE, New Orleans Saints
62. Tyler Warren, TE, Indianapolis Colts
Ferguson has been the TE1 through three weeks, and now the Cowboys may be without CeeDee Lamb for an extended period. If ever there was a time to try to land the veteran tight end in a trade, it's now.
Granted, the fact that he tops tight ends in scoring might make him difficult to get for a bargain. And once Lamb returns, his production could return to more middling levels. But if you can get him for a reasonable price, do it—he should pop off for at least a few more weeks, and even with Lamb available he'll still be a worthy starter.

79. Keenan Allen, WR, Los Angeles Chargers

84. Jakobi Meyers, WR, Las Vegas Raiders
85. Khalil Shakir, WR, Buffalo Bills
86. Jordan Addison, WR, Minnesota Vikings
87. Isiah Pacheco, RB, Kansas City Chiefs
88. TreVeyon Henderson, RB, New England Patriots
The Patriots have seemed hellbent on keeping Rhamondre Stevenson and Antonio Gibson involved in the offense this season, but perhaps the former's two lost fumbles on Sunday (a recurring theme in his career) and the latter's one lost fumble will finally clear room for Henderson to be the main man.
He was a popular target for fantasy enthusiasts in the draft this season but has been a disappointment thus far. He's a fantastic buy-low candidate, however, as Stevenson and Gibson both belong in the doghouse after Sunday.

89. Daniel Jones, QB, Indianapolis Colts
90. Jared Goff, QB, Detroit Lions
91. Caleb Williams, QB, Chicago Bears
92. Drake Maye, QB, New England Patriots
93. T.J. Hockenson, TE, Minnesota Vikings
94. Tucker Kraft, TE, Green Bay Packers
95. Dalton Kincaid, TE, Buffalo Bills
96. Dallas Goedert, TE, Philadelphia Eagles
97. Jaylen Waddle, WR, Miami Dolphins
98. Matthew Golden, WR, Green Bay Packers
99. Tre Tucker, WR, Las Vegas Raiders
100. Hollywood Brown, WR, Kansas City Chiefs
Please focus less on Tucker's three touchdowns from the past week and more on his 17 targets the past two games, which is more than Jakobi Meyers (16), Brock Bowers (13) or Dont'e Thornton Jr. (eight) have individually received in that time. He's also had a carry in each of the past two contests.
Tucker didn't do much with his eight targets in Week 2 (three catches for 12 yards), but the fact that the ball keeps coming his way is a really promising sign that the Raiders envision a bigger role for him. He'll be a popular waiver target this week, but more importantly for the purposes of this article, he might end up being a very nice trade chip to have going forward.
