Week 3 NFL Picks 2025 with Early Odds to Exploit After Final Week 2 Results
The NFL's second week wrapped with a Monday night doubleheader, and we're coming out of the week with nearly as many questions as we had entering it.
The Green Bay Packers look like the best team in football after two weeks, while the heavily-hyped Chicago Bears look like one of the worst. Overall, though ,it's been incredibly difficult to separate the contenders from the pretenders thus far.
Injuries have further clouded the NFL landscape, making it even harder to know which teams to trust moving forward.
The good news is that some of this week's early lines provide prime opportunities for bettors to capitalize.

Buffalo Bills -12.5 Versus Miami Dolphins

Normally, a line this large for a divisional game on a Thursday night would feel like something to avoid entirely. In this case, however, it feels like a massive trap for anyone backing the underdog.
The Miami Dolphins have been out of sync through two weeks of the season, and they've shown no signs of being able to get it together. They came close to pulling out a win in Week 2, but that isn't saying much.
Miami was a home favorite against a rebuilding New England Patriots team on Sunday.
The Buffalo Bills, meanwhile, avoided a potential trap on Sunday and are poised to keep rolling against the Dolphins. Rather than experience a letdown after a Week 1 comeback against the Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo shelled the rival New York Jets 30-10.
Against a Miami defense that has surrendered 751 yards and 66 points through two weeks, the Bills should win big again.
Green Bay Packers -9.5 at Cleveland Browns

Seeing as how the Green Bay Packers rolled a good Washington Commanders team on Thursday night, it's surprising they're not favored by more against a bad Cleveland Browns team.
Being on the road probably has a lot to do with it, but this is a very favorable matchup for Green Bay. The Browns are dealing with offensive line issues once again and are sticking with 40-year-old Joe Flacco at quarterback.
Even if Jordan Love and the Packers offense struggle on the road against a talented Browns defense, Green Bay's own defense should feast. Flacco simply isn't mobile enough to escape a Micah Parsons-led pass rush, especially with a suspect line in front of him.
The Packers' defense should take over this game and allow Green Bay to escape with a convincing, if ugly, victory.
Los Angeles Rams +3.5 at Philadelphia Eagles

The 2-0 Los Angeles Rams will visit the 2-0 Philadelphia Eagles in what might be the game of Week 3.
While the Eagles will have home-field advantage and are the defending champs, the Rams will have a legitimate shot to play spoiler. When these two met in the 2024 playoffs, Philly narrowly escaped with a six-point win—L.A. made it to the red zone late in the fourth quarter before turning it over on downs.
Los Angeles appears to have gotten better over the offseason, while the jury is still very much out on Philadelphia. The Eagles offense hasn't looked as sharp sans Kellen Moore, and question marks still surround the defensive secondary.
Yes, the Eagles have beaten the Dallas Cowboys and Kansas City Chiefs this year, but neither win has been particularly convincing. Philly may move to 3-0 on Sunday, but it's worth taking the Rams and the points.
