Myles Garrett Says 'This S--t's Embarrassing' After Browns' Blowout Loss to Ravens
When Myles Garrett signed an extension with the Cleveland Browns this offseason, that meant committing to a rebuild rather than joining a contender.
Still, the losses aren't easy for the star pass rusher.
"This s--t's embarrassing," Garrett said after Cleveland's 41-17 loss to the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, per Cleveland.com's Mary Kay Cabot.

Garrett did his part on defense, logging five tackles, 1.5 sacks and a pair of tackles for loss. Still, it wasn't enough to keep Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson from throwing for 225 yards and four touchdowns.
"We got to be better on defense. We got to be better as a team," Garrett told reporters. "They slowly chipped away and we did a solid job, holding them to three when we could, and then eventually the dam broke and they just did whatever they wanted, and we have to continue to play a 60-minute game."
In February, Garrett requested a trade from the Browns, noting that his "desire to win and compete on the biggest stages won't allow me to be complacent." Ultimately, he agreed to stay in Cleveland for the long term when he signed a four-year, $160 million contract extension that ties him to the franchise until 2031.
The former Defensive Player of the Year is already proving that he was well worth that contract, recording 10 tackles and 3.5 sacks through the first two weeks of the season.
But there's only so much Garrett can do to help the Browns succeed.
Veteran quarterback Joe Flacco struggled with just 199 passing yards, a touchdown, an interception and a fumble. Cleveland's run game didn't do much either, netting just 115 yards on the ground.
The defense, aside from Garrett, was no match for the Ravens, even on a day when star running back Derrick Henry had just 23 rushing yards.
Garrett has committed to the struggling Browns for now, but the idea of requesting another trade might eventually enter the 29-year-old's mind as he looks for a chance to compete for a Super Bowl.
