Mike Tyson Drops MrBeast with Body Shot on Video Before Canelo-Crawford Boxing Fight

Zach BacharSep 13, 2025

MrBeast was dropped by boxing legend Mike Tyson on Saturday night.

Prior to a bout between Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas for the undisputed super middleweight title, the YouTube creator took a body shot from Tyson that sent him to the floor.

While Tyson's heavyweight champion days are squarely in the rearview mirror, the 59-year-old still showed that he can deliver a powerful left hook.

Tyson retired from professional boxing in 2005, but participated in an exhibition fight with Roy Jones Jr. in July 2020 before officially returning to the ring to face Jake Paul in Nov. 2024. He couldn't find a way to emerge victorious against Paul, suffering a unanimous decision loss to the 28-year-old.

On Sept. 4, Tyson confirmed that he'll face Floyd Mayweather in a 2026 exhibition bout.

MrBeast, also known as Jimmy Donaldson, owns the most subscribers of any YouTube channel with 435 million and counting. It's worth mentioning that Donaldson does not have any boxing experience.

He found out what it feels like to take a punch from Tyson on Saturday, though.
