Canelo Alvarez vs. Terence Crawford Suite Menus Revealed for Historic Netflix Fight

Ahead of Saturday's massive fight between Canelo Álvarez and Terence Crawford, TMZ Sports published the menu for those sitting in the 150 Level suites at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

Via Silver & Black Hospitality, the Canelo vs. Crawford suite menu options are as follows:

• The Knockout Stack (Berkshire pork porchetta with arugula, roasted red pepper, lemon caper drizzle, garlic aioli and a buttered ciabatta roll)
• The Heavyweight Cut (Prime rib with crispy red potatoes, aged balsamic brussel sprouts and horseradish creme)
• Rock shrimp ceviche
• Butter chicken lettuce cups
• Wagyu New York sliders
• Braised short rib grilled cheese
• Fried cacio e pepe bites
• Tuna tartare cones
• Heirloom tomato and burrata cups
• Mini lobster tacos
• Porchetta carving station
• Wagyu beef hot dog
• Truffle arancini
• Churro
• Mini key lime pies

In addition to the suites, Silver & Black Hospitality are offering a sushi omakase station in the 200W Loge, and at the concession stands fans can purchase an Alaskan king crab and baked potato known as the Rumble Royale and a smokehouse wagyu burger.

Special cocktail offerings include a white rum drink called the Champion's Punch and a tequila drink known as The KO.

Canelo vs. Crawford is undoubtedly among the biggest boxing matches in recent memory, as it pits two of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world against each other.

The 35-year-old Álvarez is former champion across four weight classes with a career record of 63-2-2, while the 37-year-old Crawford is also a four-weight-class champion who owns a perfect 41-0 record.

Making the event an even bigger deal is the fact that it will stream live on Netflix, giving it a far more significant potential audience than a typical boxing pay-per-view.

The Netflix main card is scheduled to start at 8 p.m. ET with Álvarez and Crawford projected to begin their walks to the ring at 11 p.m. ET, per ESPN.
