Cowboys' Brian Schottenheimer Reacts to Micah Parsons' Packers Debut After Trade
Dallas Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer had a subdued review of star edge rusher Micah Parsons' debut with the Green Bay Packers following last month's blockbuster trade.
While speaking to reporters on Monday, Schottenheimer said he spent Sunday watching games around the NFL, including the Packers' season-opening 27-13 win against the Detroit Lions.
"I did see a little bit of the game. I was flipping back and forth. Green Bay looked good," he said.

When asked specifically about his thoughts on Parsons, Schottenheimer added, "I saw him running around out there. Looked like he was having fun. That's good."
In his team debut for Green Bay, Parsons recorded a sack in the fourth quarter of Sunday's win, his only tackle in the game. The Packers sacked Lions quarterback Jared Goff four times and held Detroit to 246 yards of total offense.
The Cowboys lost their season opener to the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday and will meet the New York Giants in Week 2.
Still, it's hard not to look ahead to the Week 4 matchup between the Packers and the Cowboys, as it will be exciting to watch Parsons go up against his former team in a revenge game.
