Carlos Alcaraz's Total 2025 Prize Money After US Open Title Win vs. Jannik Sinner
Carlos Alcaraz defeated Jannik Sinner during the men's final at the U.S. Open on Sunday, his second Grand Slam title of the 2025 season.
And that brought his prize money earnings up to a tidy $15.6 million this season:
It was the third straight time Alcaraz and Sinner have faced one another in a Grand Slam final, which Alcaraz humorously alluded to during his post-match remarks:
It's pretty clear at this point that the hierarchy in tennis is Alcaraz and Sinner on one tier, and everybody else somewhere fairly far behind them. The duo has one every Grand Slam in the past two seasons, splitting them evenly at four apiece. It's the sport's next great rivalry, picking up where the likes of Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic left off.
Whether either Alcaraz and Sinner will be remembered in the same tier as their three predecessors remains to be seen, but they are undoubtedly the two dominant forces at the moment.
