Raiders Fans Hype Jeanty, Carroll, Geno After Debut Win vs. Vrabel, Maye, Patriots

Geno Smith, Ashton Jeanty and the Las Vegas Raiders impressed in Pete Carroll's first game as head coach.

The Raiders put up 390 yards of total offense in the win over the New England Patriots.

Jeanty only accounted for 38 yards on the ground, but he scored his first NFL touchdown in the third quarter.

Smith thrived in the passing attack with 362 yards and a touchdown. He completed 24 of his 34 passes in his Raiders debut.

The victory put the Raiders at 1-0 alongside the Los Angeles Chargers in the AFC West. Winning the division or earning a playoff spot will be tough, but there appears to be enough there for Pete Carroll to work with.

The new-look Raiders face a much tougher test in Week 2, when they play host to the Chargers on Monday night.
