Jalen Hurts Spoke to Jalen Carter, Says They're on 'Same Page' After Dak Spit Video
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback and team captain Jalen Hurts told reporters that he spoke with defensive tackle Jalen Carter and is on the "same page" with the reigning second-team All-Pro, who was ejected six seconds into his team's 24-20 season-opening win over the Dallas Cowboys after spitting at signal-caller Dak Prescott.
After the Cowboys returned the opening kickoff, Carter got into Prescott's face and spat at him.

Prescott told his side of the story postgame.
For his part, Carter took full responsibility and apologized for his actions.
The incident put the Eagles in a brutal spot minus their best defender. Dallas' offense took advantage, with the run game faring quite well (119 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 22 carries). The Cowboys didn't do enough to win, but they were awfully close in part because of Carter's absence.
At any rate, the Eagles' Super Bowl title defense started with an ugly game, but a win is a win. Up next is a tough challenge against their Super Bowl 59 opponent, the Kansas City Chiefs, who will host Philadelphia on Sunday, Sept. 14 at 4:25 p.m. ET.
