Baron Davis, Jordan Chiles Announced for 'Dancing with the Stars' Season 34 Cast

Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles and former NBA guard Baron Davis will compete on the 34th season of Dancing with the Stars.

The cast for the latest season of the long-running show was announced on Wednesday's episode of Good Morning America.

Chiles joined the Good Morning America broadcast on Wednesday to talk about joining the cast.

"I don't know if my training for gymnastics is really going to help too much with the training of dancing, but I definitely can say that work ethic, the part that I feel confident is definitely there," Chiles said.

Chiles continued, "What I'm very best known at is to flip, so I'm hoping, just incorporating that as much as I can."

Davis meanwhile showed off some of his moves during the GMA broadcast.

Davis made his NBA debut with the Charlotte Hornets in 1999, earning two career All-Star nods before closing out his career with the New York Knicks in 2011-12.

Chiles meanwhile became a household name during the 2024 Paris Olympics, where she won a team gold and is still appealing a controversial decision that stripped her of an individual bronze medal in floor exercise.

Chiles will be dancing with partner Ezra Sosa, while Davis will compete with Britt Stewart. The new season premieres on Tuesday, Sept. 16.
