Paige Bueckers, Wings Lose 8th Straight as Napheesa Collier Leads Lynx to Blowout Win
The Dallas Wings' struggles continued on Monday as they fell to the Minnesota Lynx 96-71, dropping their eighth consecutive game.
While the Wings, who have been eliminated from playoff contention, don't have much to play for at this point, that hasn't stopped Paige Bueckers from continuing her Rookie of the Year campaign.
Bueckers posted 17 points in the loss, continuing her outstanding start to her WNBA career.

Bueckers, Clark Duel in Preseason ⚔️
Monday's contest very well could have been between this year's Rookie of the Year and the 2025 WNBA MVP. Minnesota's Napheesa Collier dropped 25 points and three blocks as she continued to establish herself as the frontrunner for the award.
Collier is putting up 23.4 points, 7.7 rebounds and 1.8 steals and 1.6 blocks per game this year, leading the Lynx to a 32-8 record so far, the best mark in the league.
Bueckers and the Wings dropped to 9-32 with Monday's loss, but they're just a win away from surpassing their win total from a year ago, so they've at least shown some improvement in Bueckers' first season.
The Wings will round out the season with matchups against the Golden State Valkyries, Los Angeles Sparks and Phoenix Mercury.
