Parsons wore the No. 11 jersey during the first four years of his career with the Cowboys as well as his college days at Penn State, although the number currently belongs to Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed.

It's worth noting that Reed asked to wear No. 1 after Green Bay selected him with a second-round pick in the 2023 NFL draft, but the team didn't permit it. The restriction appears to have been lifted for Parsons, though.

The star pass-rusher revealed that he was going to choose between No. 0 or No. 1 earlier on Friday, asking fans for help in a post on X.

Green Bay gave up several assets to acquire Parsons, sending defensive tackle Kenny Clark and two first-round picks to Dallas in the trade. The Packers also handed him a new four-year, $188 million contract that included $120 million fully guaranteed at signing following the change of scenery.

Parsons is expected to immediately make his presence felt as part of Green Bay's defensive front in 2025, as he's recorded at least 12 sacks in all four seasons of his career.

He's coming off a 2024 campaign in which he amassed 12 sacks, 46 pressures, 23 quarterback hits and two forced fumbles across 13 games.

Parsons will look to make an early statement to start his Packers career, as they open the regular season with a matchup against the Detroit Lions on Sept. 7.
