The Giants will also don their retro-inspired blue-and-white uniforms Nov. 2 against the San Francisco 49ers and Dec. 14 against the Washington Commanders:
Here's a weekly breakdown:
In 2024, New York ditched the color rush jerseys for what it called a special "Special Red" design. To commemorate the franchise's 100th season, the Giants combined elements from different eras to create a look pulled from the 1920s or '30s.
The "Legacy Blues" and "Vintage Whites" don't go back that far. They're inspired by the period from 1980-99, when the Giants won a pair of Super Bowls and were NFC East champions on four occasions.
Expectations going into this year aren't all that high.
General manager Joe Schoen didn't make significant upgrades to a roster that went 3-14 in 2024, and starting quarterback Russell Wilson might only be keeping the seat warm for first-round draft pick Jaxson Dart.
Should New York go on to struggle once again, it least the team will look good.
