Ashton Jeanty's Full Raiders Preseason Stats After NFL Preseason Finale vs. Cardinals

Ashton Jeanty made a splash in his NFL preseason with the Las Vegas Raiders but had a short finale in the team's final game Saturday against the Arizona Cardinals, finishing with just five yards on two carries.

The No. 6 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft had a rocky debut against the Seattle Seahawks, recording three carries for minus-1 yard in a 23-23 tie — raising concerns among fans about how the former Boise State running back would transition to the pros.

Jeanty bounced back in the Raiders' second preseason game, a 22-19 loss to the San Francisco 49ers, scoring a touchdown and rushing for 33 yards on seven carries. He finished the preseason with 12 carries for 37 yards and one touchdown in limited action.

Jeanty did not play in the second quarter against the Cardinals, as the Raiders held a 10-7 lead after the first.

Jeanty led Boise State — and all of college football — in rushing last season with 2,497 yards and 29 touchdowns. He was the first running back selected in the draft following his standout year in Idaho.

The Raiders will kick off the regular season against the New England Patriots on the road on Sept. 7.
