The stage is set for the Little League World Series Championship Game.
Chinese Tapei defeated Aruba 1-0 in the International Championship game while Nevada was able to get by Connecticut 8-2 to secure the U.S. Championship.

Chinese-Tapei got one run in the third inning when Muhammad Zaman grounded into an error and scored Chen Shi-Hong.
From there, Liu Wei-Heng was ready to shut the door.
Heng went 5.1 innings while allowing just four hits and one walk. He struck out seven Aruba batters as well. Chen Qi-Sheng relieved him in the sixth retired both batters to clinch the title.
On the U.S. side, Garrett Gallegos was the star of the day for Nevada.
He went five innings, striking out eight batters while allowing just five hits and two runs.
He also got it done at the plate, going 2-for-3 with a RBI.
Nevada went up 3-0 in the first inning and entered the sixth inning leading 4-2. However, a four-run explosion in the sixth made the lead much more comfortable and helped push them to the Championship Game.
Chinese-Tapei reached the title game last year but fell to Florida. They have not won the Little League World Series since 1996. Nevada has never won the Little League World Series.
First pitch for the championship game is set for 3 p.m.
