Paul KasabianAug 21, 2025

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Jalen Milroe will start and play the entirety of his team's final preseason game on Saturday at the Green Bay Packers, per head coach Mike Macdonald to reporters.

The Seahawks selected the 22-year-old rookie with the 92nd overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft out of Alabama. He currently sits third on the team's depth chart behind starter Sam Darnold and backup Drew Lock.

Milroe has played both of Seattle's preseason games thus far. He completed 6-of-10 passes for 61 yards and rushed three times for 38 yards in a 23-all tie against the Las Vegas Raiders. Milroe then connected on 3-of-5 passes for 46 yards and rushed for 18 yards on five carries in a 33-16 win over the Kansas City Chiefs.

Milroe shared time with Lock in Week 1 and Lock and Darnold in Week 2, but he'll get all four quarters to showcase his talents against Green Bay. Kickoff is set for 4 p.m. ET from Lambeau Field.
