Four of the final six teams in the 2025 Little League World Series will take to the diamond in Williamsport Thursday with a chance to cash their tickets to the United States and International Bracket Championship games.

Chinese-Taipei awaits the winner of the international match-up while Connecticut will square off with the team that emerges from the American game Thursday.

Thursday Preview

Venezuela and Nevada each suffered their first loss of the tournament Wednesday.

The Latin America representative allowed seven runs to, arguably, the best team in the entire tournament in Chinese-Taipei while Nevada allowed the same number to a seemingly unstoppable offense from Connecticut.

They each have a shot at redemption, and to stave off elimination, Thursday when they compete in must-win games.

Venezuela will take to the diamond first, squaring off with Caribbean representative Aruba, last seen blanking Japan (3-0) and sending the traditional tournament powerhouse home.

Nevada will have an even tougher test as they battle South Carolina in a rematch of their game from Monday, when the Las Vegas team turned in a gritty 1-0 victory over the Irmo squad.

A spot in the bracket championship game awaits the winners of those clashes, giving each an opportunity to get their win back from Wednesday and advance to the finals of the Little League World Series.
