Patriots' Drake Maye, TreVeyon Henderson Hyped by NFL Fans After 2nd Preseason Game
The youth movement in New England was on full display Saturday afternoon.
Second-year quarterback Drake Maye and rookie running back TreVeyon Henderson were in action for the first two drives of the team's preseason matchup against the Minnesota Vikings. The opening drive ended in a punt, but the second drive saw Henderson reach the end zone.

This scoring drive came just a week after his explosive preseason debut, where he notably ran back the first kickoff he saw for a 100-yard touchdown.
Maye went 4-of-7 for 46 yards and did not any production on the ground. While it wasn't the flashiest of drives, he has successfully orchestrated scoring drives in each of the two preseason games.
After they exited, fans took to social media to hype up the duo's chances at leading the way for New England.
The Patriots are coming off two consecutive four-win seasons. However, Maye's development in his second year and the addition of an explosive player like Henderson could be crucial to the team's chances at returning to contention.
The Patriots have one more preseason game on the slate as they will face the Giants on Aug. 21. If Maye and Henderson do not play in that game, they will next be in full action in Week 1 against the Las Vegas Raiders.
