Little League World Series 2025 Thursday Schedule, TV Info and Bracket Predictions

The 2025 Little League World Series kicked off Wednesday in Williamsport, with the tournament's first four games producing little in the way of dramatic play.

Three of the four games were won by at least five runs while the other was a 1-0 shutout.

Wednesday Recap

Opening day of the 2025 tournament saw mostly drama-free baseball.

Summerlin South LL out of Las Vegas sent the loudest message to the rest of the field with a dominant, 16-1 victory over the Great Lakes Region's Clarendon Hills LL out of Illinois.

The Nevada team pummeled their opponents' pitching, recording 18 hits in the game. It was business as usual as the Summerlin squad rolled to regional victory by outscoring opponents 35-15.

While it remains to be seen what their future in this year's field looks like, they at least appear poised to put on an offensive show for the fans in Williamsport, especially if they can get to their opposing pitchers early and often.

They return to the diamond Friday against Bonney Lake/Sumner LL from Washington.

Latin America representative, Cardenales Little League from Barquisimeto, Venezuela, blanked Juan A. Bibiloni LL from Puerto Rico, 5-0, and Panama's Vacamonte Little League decisively defeated Australia's Brisbane North Region Little League by a score of 7-2.
