Michael Phelps Teaches Ravens How to Swim on Video, Gives Speech with Ray Lewis

The Baltimore Ravens had two legends in the building on Tuesday.

Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps and legendary Ravens' linebacker Ray Lewis stopped by to give the team motivation speeches ahead of the 2025 campaign.

Phelps discussed doing the "small things" when preparing and talked about some of his experiences in the Olympics. Lewis gave a fiery speech about the mentality needed to win a championship.

Quarterback Lamar Jackson was grateful to spend time with "two legends," he wrote in a post on X:

Both Phelps and Lewis know a thing or two about winning.

Phelps is one of the most accomplished athletes not just in swimming, but all of sports, racking up 23 gold medals and countless other accomplishments across his career.

Lewis, who spent his entire career with the Ravens, is a two-time Defensive Player of the Year, a seven-time First-team All-Pro member and a 13-time Pro Bowler. The Hall of Famer led Baltimore to a pair of Super Bowl victories, winning Super Bowl MVP in 2000.

The Ravens have been on the brink of contending for a Super Bowl over the past few seasons, and Phelps and Lewis' motivational speeches should give them an extra edge as they continue preparing for the season ahead.
