NFL Insider Predicts A.J. Brown, Kyler Murray to Be Traded by Eagles, Cards By 2027
Since Philadelphia Eagles general manager traded a first-round pick for A.J. Brown in 2022, the star wideout has been a two-time Pro Bowler, registered three straight seasons with over 1,000 receiving yards and has posted 25 touchdown receptions.
Oh, and he helped the Eagles win the Super Bowl this past season.
But ESPN's Seth Walder believes Roseman could consider trading the 28-year-old two years from now.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
As he wrote, "The Eagles will trade wide receiver A.J. Brown before the 2027 season. It will be a shock—Brown will be coming off two more seasons of exceptional play and will be considered a major asset for the win-now team that acquires him—but Roseman will decide to move on and get draft assets for him before Brown's decline sets in."
Roseman, it should be noted, has stuck with a number of long-time Eagles well into their 30s, though generally those players continued producing at a high level (think Lane Johnson, Jason Kelce, Brandon Graham, Fletcher Cox, etc.). So if Brown isn't showing major signs of decline, he could be another one of those players who receives a longer run of loyalty from the front office. Players in the trenches don't always see as steep of a decline as players at skill positions, however, another factor worth considering.
Walder also predicted that the Arizona Cardinals would trade Kyler Murray before the same 2027 season rather than offering him another contract extension. Murray would be 30, and the Cardinals would be attempting to "recoup real draft capital in the deal."
Both deals would generate major headlines, that much is for certain. If the Cardinals find themselves middling over the next two years, resetting with a new quarterback would make sense. But it would be a change of course for the franchise.
