Shilo Sanders Says Deion Doesn't Want His Preseason Jersey, Will Gift It to His Mom
Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie Shilo Sanders is waiting to log some meaningful NFL snaps before he sends his game jersey to father Deion.
After Tampa Bay's 29-7 preseason win over the Tennessee Titans, Sanders told reporters his Hall of Fame dad wouldn't want his jersey yet, so he'll send it to his mom instead.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Sanders, who signed with the Bucs as an undrafted free agent, is working to earn a spot on their roster ahead of the regular season. He finished with one tackle and a hit on Titans quarterback Brandon Allen on Saturday night.
For a lot of players, simply getting to this point would be cause for celebration. Countless aspirants aren't even able to secure an NFL contract when their college career draws to a close.
The expectations are a little different when your dad is one of the greatest cornerbacks in NFL history and your brother is right there alongside you trying to carve out a pro career.
Suiting up in a preseason game is small potatoes in a family that has reached the highest levels of the sport.
Sanders is remaining realistic about his NFL journey, especially early on.
"I want to be All-Pro special teams," he told The Athletic's Mike Jones about his general objective for now. "Show the coaches I could play, and that I play hard and be physical and earn their trust, make it on the field (defensively) one day."
Should Sanders make his full rookie debut for Tampa Bay in Week 1 against the Atlanta Falcons, maybe that's a big enough accomplishment to warrant mailing his jersey to Coach Prime in Boulder, Colorado.
