Bayley and WWE Stars Booked the Worst in 2025
After the two-night SummerSlam spectacle, wrestling fans have noticed that some of their favorite WWE Superstars have been cast aside and booked poorly on the biggest stages of them all.
Performers such as Bayley, AJ Styles, and The Street Profits are immensely talented in the ring and popular with the WWE Universe, but Triple H and his creative team continue to struggle finding a place for them on the card.
Here are the Superstars who have been booked the worst in 2025.

Bayley
SummerSlam is one of WWE's most important events every year, but even with two days' worth of matches, Triple H couldn't find a place on the card for Bayley.
Once again, one of this generation's best is being cast aside for others.
Besides a short program with Tiffany Stratton over the WWE Women's Championship earlier this year and a short stint with Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria in the Women's Intercontinental Championship picture, The Role Model has been an afterthought.
Instead of taking advantage of her elite in-ring work or the fact that the WWE Universe goes wild every time they hear her music, Bayley is being used to get others over, including Cora Jade, Giulia, Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez this year alone.
A heel turn will create a character fans can love to hate, but whether she gains traction depends on how well she is booked. Judging by the first half of 2025, the future is bleak for the former women's world champion.
AJ Styles
The same lack of consistent storytelling and marquee matchups that plagued the first half of the year for Bayley can be echoed for AJ Styles.
The two-time WWE champion has been relegated to a secondary role in recent months, rather than being utilized as a top star.
After a pseudo feud with Karrion Kross and a one-off WrestleMania 41 moment with Logan Paul, Styles has been brought into secondary storylines for a stellar match and then moved along.
From his involvement with The Judgment Day to a brief angle against El Grande Americano and Chad Gable, Styles has been given almost nothing to work with and still made it enjoyable. But he deserves better.
Styles' career won't last forever, and WWE should focus on making the most of his remaining time in the ring.
Instead of letting him be a midcard gatekeeper, it's time for Triple H to return The Phenomenal One to the main event scene and a feud with Cody Rhodes.
The Street Profits
Triple H and WWE Creative have been applauded for the changes they've made since the departure of Vince McMahon, but the men's tag team division has never been worse, leaving elite teams such as The Street Profits on the sidelines for too long.
After spending the first two months of the year on the sidelines, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins randomly won the tag team championships in a thrown-together program.
While the title defenses were good in the ring, there was no excitement leading into the contests due to a lack of true storylines.
Despite the lack of support from WWE Creative, they became a highlight of SmackDown each week, but it was short-lived. When WWE announced a haunted house at Universal Studios' Halloween Horror Nights featuring the Wyatt Sicks, the champions lost their titles and their push.
If Triple H and the creative team can't find a better place for The Street Profits, then they should move Ford to the singles division and let him shine. Wasting his talent would be a crime.
