Franchise quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys is good work if you can get it.

TMZ Sports obtained photographs of the construction of Dak Prescott's new mansion, and it is clear the Cowboys' signal-caller is going to be living in quite the house:

While there is still plenty of work to be done, there is already framing for two stories and what appears to be multiple rooms. TMZ noted work started on the house in October 2024, which was shortly after Prescott agreed to a four-year, $240 million contract extension with the Cowboys.

The deal made him the highest-paid player in NFL history based on average annual value.

It seems like some of that money will be going to this mansion located in Prosper, Texas, ahead of what figures to be an important season for the veteran.

While Prescott may be focused on the construction off the field, his attention will be on bouncing back from injury on it. A hamstring injury limited him to just eight games last season as the Cowboys struggled with consistency on the way to a 7-10 record and third-place finish in the NFC East.

There is still uncertainty about the Cowboys' defense, but Dallas surely expects to improve on offense in 2025 with a healthy quarterback and George Pickens joining the fold alongside fellow wide receiver CeeDee Lamb.

It will be up to Prescott to spread the ball around to his multiple weapons all while leading the Cowboys back to the playoffs.

And if he adds an MVP along the way, there will be plenty of space to store it in his new mansion.
