Eminem Posts Video of 'Happy Gilmore 2' Outtakes After Appearing in Adam Sandler Movie
One week after the release of Happy Gilmore 2, more moments that didn't make the final cut have come out thanks to Eminem.
The hip-hop star, who had a cameo as the son of Donald Floyd Sr. from the original film, released a video of outtakes and bloopers from his scene late in the film.
Joe Flaherty portrayed Donald Sr, aka the "jackass" heckler, in the 1996 film. Flaherty died in April 2024 at the age of 82. His antagonism toward Happy is what leads to the most famous sequence in the original movie, when Adam Sandler and Bob Barker get into a fight on the golf course.
The scene with Eminem occurs late in the film when Happy and his teammates on the Professional Golfers Tour are trying to defeat Maxi Golf for the right to get his house back and earn enough money to send his daughter to ballet school.
Since Happy can't get into a fight with Donald Jr., otherwise he will forfeit his spot and lose the bet that forces him to join Maxi Golf, his sons step in to get rid of him by throwing him into a pond with an alligator.
The outtakes include Eminem yelling at the gator and a brief shot of him being attacked, which is how the scene in the finished film ends.
Happy Gilmore 2 marked Eminem's first appearance in a feature film since 2014 when he had an uncredited cameo in the Seth Rogen comedy The Interview.
