Steelers' Aaron Rodgers Responds to Terry Bradshaw Saying He Should 'Chew on Bark'
Before the Pittsburgh Steelers signed Aaron Rodgers, franchise legend Terry Bradshaw had some choice words for the quarterback.
Now a member of the team, Rodgers responded to Bradshaw's comments on Saturday.
"Terry's a legend. He's an absolute legend," Rodgers told NFL Network's Kyle Brandt. "He won four Super Bowls, he's had a legendary career in the media. But Terry, like a lot of people, doesn't know me. And so he's got an idea of what he thinks about me based on what I've done, the documentary, what I've said, darkness retreat, whatever the hell you wanna talk about. I'd love to get to know Terry on a deeper level, and I feel like if he gave me the chance to get to know him, then we'd have a good friendship."

In May, when the Steelers were still waiting on an answer from Rodgers, Bradshaw ripped the idea of Pittsburgh signing the veteran to a one-year deal.
"That's a joke. That is, just to me, is a joke," Bradshaw said in a radio interview with 103.7 The Buzz in Arkansas (h/t NFL.com's Michael Baca). "What are you going to do? Bring him in for one year, are you kidding me? That guy needs to stay in California. Go somewhere and chew on bark and whisper to the gods out there."
Whether Bradshaw has warmed up to Rodgers since his signing is unclear, but if leading the Steelers to success this season would go along way for his standing with the Hall of Famer.
