The two-time Pro Bowl pass-rusher was ruled out of the Jaguars' Week 18 matchup with the Indianapolis Colts last season due to personal reasons, with his son receiving an Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia diagnosis at the time.
Hines-Allen's son has undergone chemotherapy treatment and currently remains in the care of Nemours Children's Health in Jacksonville.
The 28-year-old and his wife have launched a season-long campaign through their nonprofit foundation, Four One For All, to give back to four cancer-focused non-profits during each month of the 2025 regular season and help other families battling pediatric cancer.
