Cowboys' Dak Prescott Says the 'True F--king Motivation' is Winning Super Bowl
Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is ready for a breakout season — both for himself and the team — as he enters his 10th year with the franchise.
"Having fun and winning a Super Bowl—period. It’s what I want from this game. It’s what everyone wants in this locker room," Prescott said, per the Dallas Cowboys' Patrik Walker. "We’ve got a head coach that's hungry for it. Winning, winning, winning. I’m 10 (years) in and ready to play another 10, but I want that first and foremost and now.
"That’s the true f--king motivation. That feeling—in your stomach, in your gut—is wanting that. And I don’t just want it for myself. I want it for this organization. The fans as well."

Prescott will need one of his key players, Micah Parsons, to achieve those goals — but the star linebacker is currently absent from training camp amid contract negotiations with the team.
“It’s an every-year conversation. Is it something that I wish on us? Absolutely not," Prescott told reporters, per Dallas News' Joseph Hoyt. "He wants to be out there practicing, and I’m glad he’s not. I don’t know if there’s a correct way to handle it, to be honest with you.”
The 31-year-old quarterback and former fourth-round pick out of Ole Miss has made five playoff appearances, with the Cowboys' last appearance in 2023 in a Wild Card loss against the Green Bay Packers.
Prescott was limited to just eight games last season after a hamstring injury, but finished with 1,978 yards and 11 touchdowns on a 64.7 completion rate.
