Reigns and Uso also hit Reed with the 1D.
The ending sequence began when Breakker hit Reigns, who shoved Uso out of the way, with a Spear.
Uso then took the opportunity to superkick Breakker, knocking him out of the ring. He then speared Reed, hit him with a Uso splash and got the pin and the win.
Until a few weeks ago, Reigns had not been seen on WWE programming since the Raw after WrestleMania 41, and Breakker was the primary reason why.
At The Show of Shows, Reigns faced CM Punk and Seth Rollins in a Triple Threat match, which headlined Night 1. Rather than siding with his Tribal Chief in Reigns or his longtime friend in Punk, Paul Heyman turned on both of them and helped Rollins win the match.
On the post-WrestleMania Raw, Punk confronted Rollins and Heyman, but he got hit with a Stomp. Reigns then made his way to the ring, only to get ambushed by Breakker.
Bron proceeded to spear Reigns through the barricade, signaling his new alliance with Rollins and Heyman.
Reed later joined forces with Rollins, Heyman and Breakker, and they ran roughshod over Raw as a unit until The Visionary injured his knee during a loss to LA Knight at Saturday Night's Main Event last month.
Breakker attempted to step up and thrive in Rollins' absence, and although he eliminated three other Superstars from a Gauntlet match to determine Gunther's opponent for the World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam, he ultimately fell to Punk.
When Breakker and Reed attacked Punk afterward, Uso made the save, and he was followed soon after by Reigns, who made his first appearance on WWE programming in nearly three months.
The following week on Raw, Reigns addressed the trio of Breakker, Reed and Heyman in the ring. And when it devolved into chaos, Uso again showed up and lent The OTC a helping hand.
That prompted Reigns to challenge Breakker and Reed to a tag team match at SummerSlam and to request that Jey trust him as his tag team partner.
All parties involved agreed, leading to a blockbuster tag team bout at SummerSlam, which Reigns and Uso won in impressive fashion.
