Tyreek Hill Says He Hasn't Given 'Best Version' of Himself His 'Entire' NFL Career
Despite having a Hall-of-Fame resume through nine NFL seasons, Tyreek Hill acknowledged he hasn't really played up to his potential.
Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Hill explained he hasn't "given the best version" of himself in his "entire career" for any number of seasons.

Hill's aim is to rectify that in 2025 by focusing all of his efforts just on football and family.
Hill's first day at training camp for the Miami Dolphins comes in the aftermath of an interesting offseason for the star receiver.
Immediately after the Dolphins' 2024 season ended with a Week 18 loss to the New York Jets, Hill seemed to indicate he wanted to leave Miami by saying "I'm out" in the locker room.
Hill later walked back those comments, saying they came from a place of frustration with how the season played out and he didn't "want to go nowhere."
"We are really building something special in Miami," Hill said. "We made it to the playoffs the first two years. Obviously, this year was hard, but if guys continue to buy into what coach (Mike McDaniel) is building and the culture that he's trying to build, it's going to be a beautiful thing, man."
While Hill is back in Miami for another year, the Dolphins did lose several key players in the offseason. Jalen Ramsey, Jonnu Smith, Jevon Holland, Calais Campbell and Terron Armstead are gone.
The Dolphins were able to bring back Minkah Fitzpatrick from the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Ramsey trade, as well as drafting Michigan defensive tackle Kenneth Grant to boost their defense.
There's still a lot of talent on the offensive side of the ball, starting with Hill and Jaylen Waddle. History has shown the ceiling for that unit is very high as long as Tua Tagovailoa can stay healthy.
That's certainly a big question, as Tagovailoa has missed at least four games in four of his first five seasons.
Hill failed to reach 1,000 yards last season for the first time since 2019. His six touchdown receptions were tied for his fewest in a single season, and his 11.8 yards per catch was just the third time in his career his average dipped below 14.0.
When factoring in that Hill could be playing for a new contract after the 2025 season, either from the Dolphins or another club, him being fully focused in a way that he hasn't been can only be good news for a Miami team that needs a lot to go right if it wants to be a playoff team in the AFC.
