After entering the 2025 season as one of the top draft prospects in the nation, Bremner endured a slow start before eventually returning to form.
"Over the first seven starts of the season, through March, his heater -- averaging 95 mph -- registered a 25 percent miss rate, according to Synergy. Since? It's up to 38 percent, nudging his overall miss rate up from 36 to 42 percent," MLB.com's Jonathan Mayo wrote of Bremner in May. "If that doesn't sound significant, keep in mind that it enabled him, per Synergy, to keep hitters to a .196 batting average after getting touched for a .246 BAA over those first seven starts."

Pro Comparison: Michael Wacha
If Bremner can have a career like Kansas City Royals veteran pitcher Michael Wacha, the Angels would surely be happy.
Wacha was the 2013 NLCS MVP during his time with the St. Louis Cardinals and earned an All-Star selection in 2015. Bremner has a bright future ahead of him, so fans in Los Angeles should be excited for his arrival.
