Christian McCaffrey, Olivia Culpo Announce Birth of Daughter Colette in IG Photos

This season will be a special one for Christian McCaffrey.

After all, it will be the San Francisco 49ers star's first season as a father.

Olivia Culpo, who is married to the running back, announced on her Instagram page Sunday that the couple welcomed their first child. Their daughter's name is Colette Annalise McCaffrey, and the post was accompanied by a number of pictures of the trio.

The NFL's official Instagram account also posted about the news and said, "Congratulating Christian McCaffrey and Olivia Culpo on welcoming their first child."

TMZ Sports noted the family's newest addition comes less than a year after the couple, who have been together since 2019, were married in June 2024. McCaffrey and the former Miss Universe also became engaged in 2023.

McCaffrey will be under something of a spotlight in 2025 after injuries limited him to just four games in 2023. He was the Offensive Player of the Year in 2023 when he posted a league-best 1,459 rushing yards and 21 total touchdowns.

If he can remain healthy and return to form in 2025, the 49ers will be a potential Super Bowl threat in the NFC West.
