Popular streamer IShowSpeed has some lofty goals for his potential athletic career.

During a live stream with Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo, Speed declared his intentions to participate in the 100-meter dash at the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.

"I want to run in the Olympics, 2028 Olympics," Speed said, before clarifying, "I'm gonna run in the 2028 Olympics. 100-meter. I am."

Antetokounmpo seemed to be caught off-guard by the 20-year-old's confidence and warned him to temper his expectations.

"Slow down. Like, you're fast, but you're getting ahead of yourself. Slow down," the two-time NBA MVP said.

Undeterred, Speed replied, "Listen, I promise you I will."

Antetokounmpo then questioned how Speed fared against Olympic gold medalist Noah Lyles and Miami Dolphins star receiver Tyreek Hill, but he has yet to face either of them in a one-on-one race.

"Have you beat Tyreek Hill?" Antetokounmpo asked.

"Not yet," Speed replied.

"Noah Lyles? ... You haven't raced with him?" Antetokounmpo asked.

"No," Speed said.

Hill recently called out Speed for a race after Lyles withdrew from their showdown.

Speed made it clear that he's ready to do what it takes to make it to the Summer Olympics. He said he can run a 100-meter dash in 10 seconds, and Antetokounmpo advised him that he needs to bring it down to 9.4 or 9.5 seconds to even qualify. It sounds like the youngster is up for the challenge despite his long list of other commitments.

"I'm gonna work, I'm gonna work for it," Speed said. "Obviously, it's hard to work on athlete stuff as a streamer."
