Tom Brady, Sofia Vergara Reportedly Aren't Dating amid Rumors Following Viral Photo

Tom Brady is enjoying a busy summer before returning to the Fox broadcast booth for the NFL season, but rumors of his relationship with Emmy-nominated actress Sofia Vergara are being overblown.

Per TMZ Sports, Brady and Vergara are not dating even though they were recently photographed together on a yacht that took off from Rome.

TMZ described the relationship between Brady and Vergara as a "summer fling," but any notion that it is romantic is "ridiculous."

The two recently sat next to each other during a dinner on the yacht and were photographed together, along with singer J Balvin, leading to speculation about their relationship.

Per Carlos Greer of Page Six, Brady asked to be seated next to Vergara during the dinner. Other celebrities on the yacht included Colman Domingo, Martha Stewart, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Tessa Thompson and Kendall Jenner.

There was some overlap between the yacht party and guest list for the Jeff Bezos-Lauren Sanchez wedding that took place in Venice on June 27. Brady was among those who attended the ceremony.

TMZ noted Brady also spent time in Ibiza with his daughter last week.

Brady is set to enter his second season as an analyst for the NFL on Fox's No. 1 broadcast team. He originally signed a 10-year, $375 million deal with the network in 2022 when he was still playing in the NFL.

After retiring in February 2023, Brady held off on beginning his announcing career until 2024. The seven-time Super Bowl champion worked alongside play-by-play commentator Kevin Burkhardt. The duo was led the Super Bowl 59 broadcast between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles.

Fox has not yet confirmed Brady's Week 1 assignment, but he will be the color commentator for the Super Bowl rematch in Week 2 between the Eagles and Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium.
