Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain will meet on Sunday in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup final.

PSG earned its spot in the championship match through a 4-0 blowout win over Real Madrid at MetLife Stadium on Wednesday.

Sunday's final will pit two of the three European club champions from last season against each other. PSG captured the UEFA Champions League, while Chelsea won the UEFA Conference League.

PSG entered the Club World Cup as one of the teams to beat and nothing has changed heading into the final.

The Parisians not just survived the tougher part of the knockout-round bracket, but they thrived in it.

PSG beat Inter Miami by four goals, eliminated Bayern Munich in a 2-0 win and had the semifinal against Real Madrid wrapped up before halftime.

Chelsea is a bit weaker of an opponent on paper compared to Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.

The Blues took advantage of a favorable draw in which they played just one European team in the knockout round and avoided Inter Milan and Manchester City.

Chelsea's run through the UEFA Conference League certainly helped it manage a knockout competition, but playing PSG in its current form is a tough task for any club.

PSG hasn't conceded in five of its six games at the Club World Cup. The only concession came back in the group stage against Botafogo.

The defensive form alone would be enough to push PSG to the title, but the attack of the French side has been equally as strong.

Ousmane Dembele, Desire Doue and Khvicha Kvaratshkhelia are part of an incredible forward line. PSG also received strong contributions from Fabian Ruiz out of the midfield and Achraf Hakimi from his wingback role.

PSG's ability to hit Chelsea from all angles for 90 minutes will be tough for the English side to contain.

Chelsea needs an incredible performance in goal from Robert Sanchez just to stay in the contest.

While that is possible, the more likely outcome is for PSG to score multiple goals, record another clean sheet and cap off an incredible season with one more trophy.
