Fever HC Gives Caitlin Clark Injury Update After Superstar Returns to 5-on-5 Practice
Indiana Fever head coach Stephanie White offered a promising update on Caitlin Clark after the star guard participated in live 5-on-5 practice on Monday.
When asked if she believed Clark could return to action for Wednesdayโs matchup against the Golden State Valkyries, White expressed optimism, noting that the signs were encouraging as Clark progresses through her return-to-play plan.
"I hope so," White told reporters. "The same return-to-play structure weโve been following. She was able to do a little bit more today, and now weโll see tomorrowโhas there been progress or any regression? How does she feel, how does she look, what does recovery look like? This was really the first time weโve gotten her out into live action, so weโll see what it brings tomorrow."
