Bills' Josh Allen Lists California Mansion for Sale for $8M, Features Private Beach

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is reportedly putting his 2,808-square-foot property in Dana Point, California up for sale.

According to Kelsi Karruli of Realtor.com, Allen recently listed his four-bedroom, three-bathroom home for $8.5 million.

The house features its own private beach club, large glass ceiling-to-floor windows in the living area, a formal dining area and a fireplace.

Allen previously bought the property for $7.2 million in 2023, per Karruli.

The three-time Pro Bowl passer has been busy throughout the past year, earning MVP honors for his 2024 season with the Bills in which he threw for 3,731 yards and 28 touchdowns.

Allen also got married to actress Hailee Steinfeld, tying the knot in May.

After a busy offseason, the signal-caller will now look towards his upcoming 2025 campaign with Buffalo.

The Bills' training camp begins on July 23.
