Bengals' Ja'Marr Chase Makes Cryptic Post After Steelers' Jalen Ramsey Trade
Ja'Marr Chase is going to face cornerback Jalen Ramsey twice a season after the Pittsburgh Steelers landed him and tight end Jonnu Smith on Monday, sending safety Minkah Fitzpatrick to the Miami Dolphins in exchange (along with a late-round pick swap).
Chase seemed to react to that news on Monday, posting the following cryptic message on social media shortly after the trade was reported:

Granted, there are plenty of things Chase could have been referring to with that post. But given that the Baltimore Ravens already bolstered their cornerback room by signing Jaire Alexander this offseason, the Steelers added both Ramsey and Darius Slay III and the Cleveland Browns still have four-time Pro Bowler Denzel Ward, it isn't hard to draw inferences as to what Chase might have meant.
The AFC North has some strong cornerback groups, and Ramsey's addition in Pittsburgh added to it. Consider it a challenge for one of the NFL's most explosive and dynamic receivers.
