Blackhawks Unveil Centennial Uniforms for 2025-26 NHL Season in New Video, Photos
The Chicago Blackhawks are celebrating 100 years in style.
The franchise unveiled its centennial jerseys that will be worn for the upcoming 2025-26 NHL season. The changes are subtle, as the Blackhawks made it clear they did not want to change much from the jersey that has remained relatively unchanged since 1955.

The centennial jersey will feature the typical red base with black and white stripes while also including a logo nodding to the franchise's 100-year history. It will also feature a hem inside the jersey that commemorates the team's six Stanley Cup titles.
The Blackhawks, alongside the New York Rangers and Detroit Red Wings, entered the NHL in 1926.
The Boston Bruins recently celebrated their centennial season and played a centennial game in December 2024. The team is set to sport new uniforms in 2025-26 that are similar to the centennial jersey from this past season.
The Blackhawks are taking a less drastic approach by "enhancing" their jersey instead of designing a new one. The current jersey has been a staple of the franchises games for 70 years and a rebrand has not been pushed.
Chicago is focusing on features like a "vintage lace-up collar," "strokes of gold," and the aforementioned hem and centennial logo.
The Blackhawks are coming off a 25-46-11 season and have some notable rising stars like Connor Bedard, Frank Nazar and Artyom Levshunov. They also hold the No. 3 pick in the 2025 NHL draft.
