Wimbledon 2025 Draw, Bracket, Schedule and Preview of Men and Women's Event

Nicholas NathansonJun 27, 2025

The 138th edition of Wimbledon will begin Monday at the All England Club, as Novak Djokovic's quest for a record-breaking 25th Grand Slam title kicks off again.

However, Jannik Sinner and two-time defending champion Carlos Alcaraz enter as the top two seeds for the second consecutive major, potentially paving the way to a rematch of their thrilling 2025 French Open final duel just weeks ago.

In the women's draw, Aryna Sabalenka is the top-ranked player, while recent French Open champion Coco Gauff is the No. 2 seed.

From bracket details to predictions, we've got you covered below with everything you need.

Carlos Alcaraz

Carlos Alcaraz enters the All England Club amidst a career-high 18-match win streak.

The Spaniard has his eyes set on joining Bjorn Borg as the only man in the Open Era to win both the French Open and Wimbledon in two consecutive years.

But Alcaraz may face struggles as early as the third round, with big-serving players such as Felix Auger-Aliassime or Jan-Lennard Struff awaiting.

From there, it doesn't get any easier.

Nevertheless, he'll start off with the shortest odds at +140, according to DraftKings Sportsbook.

But Jannik Sinner is looking to prevent that.

The three-time major champion enters hungry for revenge after losing to Alcaraz in a five-set thriller in the French Open final, despite having three match point opportunities.

Sinner enters in vulnerable form after Alexander Bublik stunned him at the Halle Open last week, putting an end to his 49-match win streak against players not named Alcaraz.

However, on the grass surface, Sinner's aggressive yet consistent baseline play and heavy serve will reap rewards.

24-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic is always dangerous, and Alexander Zverev, Taylor Fritz, and Alexander Bublik have all been in impeccable form in the short grass season.

But one thing became clear after their French Open final: Sinner and Alcaraz are in a tier of their own at the moment, and it's unlikely that changes now.

Prediction: Sinner over Alcaraz in four sets.

Day 6 - Berlin Tennis Open by Hylo
Aryna Sabalenka

Aryna Sabalenka enters as the top seed in the women's draw.

While Wimbledon is the only major where she has not reached the final, she holds the shortest odds of winning it all at +275, according to DraftKings Sportsbook.

The 27-year-old has one of the best forehands on the WTA tour and plays with an aggressive style that's perfectly suited for grass, which is the fastest surface.

Furthermore, as her career has progressed, she's developed into a top-notch returner, especially on second-serve returns.

Sabalenka may be the favorite to win the tournament, but there are several other players just as capable.

For starters, Elena Rybakina enters as a strong contender with her dominant serve.

Just last week, she took Sabalenka the distance in a three-set thriller at the German Open.

Rybakina faces a difficult draw with a potential Round of 16 matchup against Iga Swiatek, followed by a daunting matchup against No. 2 seed Coco Gauff.

In the third round, Sabalenka could face 2023 Wimbledon champion Marketa Vondrousova, who defeated her in straight sets just last week, while a tough matchup with Madison Keys awaits in the quarterfinal.

As the draw narrows, Sabalenka may encounter several three-set matches, but she should be able to persevere and face a red-hot Rybakina in the final.

Prediction: Aryna Sabalenka over Elena Rybakina in three sets.
