Paige Bueckers and the Dallas Wings are starting to cook.

The team beat the Atlanta Dream 68-55 on Tuesday night, led by Arike Ogunbowale's 21 points and Bueckers' 12 points, five rebounds and four assists. The Wings have now won three of their past four games after a 1-11 start to the season.

Rhyne Howard led all scorers with 23 for Atlanta, while Allisha Gray added 13 points. This was not a game for lovers of offense, however.

The Dream shot just 23.4 percent from the field (15-of-64), 20.6 percent from three (7-of-34) and missed seven free throws (18-of-25). Atlanta's bench managed just five points, and the team dropped to 10-5 on the season.

The Wings didn't exactly burn the nets down with their shooting prowess either, shooting 37.9 percent from the field (25-of-66) and just 15.4 percent from three (2-of-15). But they at least got 21 points from the bench trio of Myisha Hines-Allen, Aziaha James and JJ Quinerly and won the rebounding battle (44-37), led by Li Yueru's impressive double-double (10 points, 15 boards).

Bueckers continued her strong play as well, bolstering what looks like a Rookie of the Year season in the making.

"She's very elite," Ogunbowale told reporters after the game regarding her rookie teammate. "She's very mature for her age."

The Wings are certainly benefitting from the impact Bueckers brings to the court, especially in recent contests. The Wings will look to continue their recent strong form against Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever on Friday (7:30 p.m. ET), while the Dream will next face the Minnesota Lynx on that same date and time.
