The card pays homage to the 1955 Bowman cards, which also featured players in cards with borders shaped like television sets from the time period.
Dunne previously attempted to help land Skenes' 1-of-1 Topps Chrome rookie debut patch autograph card, but wasn't successful. The card later sold for $1.11 million at auction.
The Pirates starter has remained one of the top pitchers in the majors after earning 2024 National League Rookie of the Year honors.
In 16 starts this season, Skenes leads all NL pitchers with a 1.85 ERA and 0.882 WHIP. He's also racked up 106 strikeouts compared to 27 walks in 102 innings of work.
