WWE's Cody Rhodes Featured in New 'The Naked Gun' Trailer with Liam Neeson, More Stars

WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes is set to make his debut on the silver screen later this summer.

Rhodes was featured in Monday's trailer for the 2025 film The Naked Gun, which stars Academy Award-nominated actor Liam Neeson:

Rhodes was seen briefly as a bartender in disguise at the 1:22 mark of the trailer. The film will be released in theaters on Aug. 1.

The 39-year-old is the latest WWE Superstar to embark on a film career, joining the likes of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, John Cena, Dave Bautista and more.

After having his reign as WWE Undisputed Champion end at WrestleMania 41 in April in a loss to Cena, Rhodes is fighting his way back into the title picture by competing in the King of the Ring Tournament. He will face the winner of the Fatal-4-Way match between Sheamus, Rusev, Jey Uso and Bronson Reed on this week's episode of Monday Night Raw.
